1. About the Foundation
Point Charity Foundation is a Hong Kong–based charitable organization established to promote compassion and wisdom in action, inspired by the spirit of the Buddha’s teachings.
Guided by the principle of “self-benefiting through benefiting others,” we carry out charitable projects in areas such as community care, support for Buddhist institutions and sangha, and poverty relief.
2. Donations
2.1 All donations made through this Site are voluntary and non-refundable.
2.2 Donations may be made through the payment methods indicated on the Site.
2.3 By submitting a donation, you confirm that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
(b) the funds used to make the donation belong to you or you have lawful authority to use them; and
(c) all information you provide is true and accurate.
2.4 Official donation receipts will be issued in accordance with the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112) Section 88, where applicable.
2.5 The Foundation reserves the right to decline or refund a donation in cases of suspected error, fraud, or misuse.

3.2 You agree not to:
(a) violate any applicable law or regulation;
